REFUNDS

Your order is freshly packed when it leaves our shop, we hope it arrives in the same condition as when it was sent.  Food items are not returnable, however, if you are not completely satisfied with a product please contact us and we will work together to rectify the problem.  Shipping is at your risk so please be aware of temperatures and other factors when considering having your chocolate shipped.

SHIPPING

All orders will leave our facility within 1-3 business days.  We will do our best to get orders placed before 12:00 pm Monday – Friday out that day and orders placed after 12:00 pm will go out the following day as long as we have everything that is needed for the order.  We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  Please note that shipping is at your risk.  Chocolate will melt over 70 degrees.  Unless you have chosen Next Day Air we are not responsible for melted chocolate.  Critters love chocolate, especially ants.  Please be aware of the surroundings where UPS will leave your package.

NEXT DAY AND 2ND DAY AIR ORDERS

If you choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, please note that delivery is from the day it leaves our facility, not the day the order is placed.  Saturday and Sunday DO NOT count as shipping days.  If you place a Next Day Air order before 12pm on Friday it will not be delivered until Monday (Tuesday for 2nd day). If placed after 12 on Friday it will leave our facility on Monday with delivery on Tuesday (Wednesday for 2nd day).  We will do our best to get the order out on the day it was placed, however, there may be a day or two in between especially during holiday times.  If you absolutely need an order on a certain day, please call your order in so that we can be sure it will be possible to get our for that day.
