Shipping & Returns

We ship our packages using UPS.

Your candy is freshly packed when it leaves our store. While we hope it arrives as beautifully as it left, there is a chance of shifting and jostling during transportation. Please Note: Chocolate Covered Cherries are extremely fragile and shipping is NOT recommended. All shipping is at your risk.

Some packages may be shipped via UPS Sure Post which means, at times, USPS may deliver your packages.

All orders will leave our facility within 1-3 business days.  We will do our best to get orders placed before 12 pm Monday – Friday out that day and orders placed after 12 pm will go out next business day as long as we have everything that is needed for the order.  Chocolate will melt over 70 degrees so please be aware of temperatures in the areas you are shipping to.  We are not responsible for melted chocolate unless you choose Next Day Air.  Also, ants and other critters love chocolate so keep in mind the areas UPS will be leaving your package.  We would suggest delivering to an address where someone will be home to receive.

NEXT DAY AND 2ND DAY AIR ORDERS:  Saturday and Sunday DO NOT count as shipping days.  If you place an order for Next Day Air on a Thursday after 12 it will leave our facility on Friday but not be delivered until Monday (Tuesday for 2nd day air). We will try our best to catch these orders and hold for shipping until Monday but to be safe please place Next Day Air orders Monday- Thursday before 12:00 pm only and 2nd Day Air orders,  Monday – Wednesday before 12:00 pm only.
