Shipping & Returns

We ship our packages using UPS.

Your candy is freshly packed when it leaves our store. While we hope it arrives as beautifully as it left, there is a chance of shifting and jostling during transportation. Please Note: Chocolate Covered Cherries are extremely fragile and shipping is NOT recommended. All shipping is at your risk.

Chocolate will melt over 70 degrees so please be aware of temperatures in the areas you are shipping to.  We are not responsible for melted chocolate unless you choose Next Day Air.  Also, ants and other critters love chocolate so keep in mind the areas UPS will be leaving your package.  We would suggest delivering to an address where someone will be home to receive.

SHIPPING
All orders will leave our facility within 1-3 business days. If you choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, please note that delivery is from the day it leaves our facility, 
not the day the order is placed. We will do our best to get orders placed before 12 noon Monday thru Friday out that day. Orders placed after 12 noon will go out
the following day as long as we have everything that is needed for the order.

NEXT DAY AIR & 2nd DAY AIR ORDERS:  Saturday and Sunday DO NOT count as shipping days. If you place a Next Day Air order before 12pm on Friday, 
it will not be delivered until Monday (Tuesday for 2nd Day Air). If placed after 12pm on Friday, it will leave our facility on Monday with delivery on Tuesday.
