Shipping & Returns

We ship our packages using UPS. Orders will leave our store anywhere from 1-3 business days after order has been placed. If you have chosen overnight or 2nd day air please note that pertains to the day it leaves our shop, not the day the order is placed. We are not always able to get packages out same day especially during our busy times. Please call if you need something by a certain day to make sure we are able to get it there. Also next day air and 2nd day air DO NOT include Saturday or Sunday in their counts. If you order a package for next day on Friday it will not be delivered until Monday.

Your candy is freshly packed when it leaves our store. While we hope it arrives as beautifully as it left, there is a chance of shifting and jostling during transportation. Please Note: Chocolate Covered Cherries are extremely fragile and shipping is NOT recommended. If purchased and shipping is selected, it will be entirely at your own risk.

: PLEASE NOTE: Chocolate will melt over 70 degrees. Shipping is at your risk. Please be aware of temperatures in the state you are shipping to. We recommend shipping overnight anywhere that has warm temps.

Our candy is not returnable. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of any item, please call us at 410-644-4321 or toll free at 800-514-8293.

If you place an order for pick-up and do not come on your scheduled day, we will hold the order for 5 days. After that time, we will take the order apart and refund your money minus a 20% re-stocking fee.
